The role is an entry-level Business Intelligence Analyst position within the Mortgage Lending Division (MLD) at Carrington Mortgage Services-Retail Lending, a part of The Carrington Companies. The job is fully remote and focuses on supporting reporting and data analysis tasks under close supervision. Responsibilities include producing routine reports and dashboards, validating and analyzing data, documenting procedures, automating reports, and assisting with ad-hoc analyses and audits. The analyst will collaborate with team members, maintain data accuracy, and gain knowledge of business metrics and mortgage lending processes. Required qualifications include basic Excel proficiency, familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or SSRS, foundational SQL skills, strong organization and attention to detail, and effective communication skills. A high school diploma or equivalent experience is required, with a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred. Candidates should have zero to two years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence, with experience in the residential mortgage industry being a plus. The target pay range for this position is $62,000 to $75,000.
