We work within the climate ecosystem to foster innovation by connecting startups with funding, investors, education, and accelerator programs. Our remote team of60members operates collaboratively to drive impactful, sustainable solutions for climate-related challenges. About the Role As an associate with Climate Collective , you will be instrumental in driving the strategy, business development, and execution of CCF’s diverse program portfolio. This role is central to advancing CCF’s offerings, which span startup acceleration, capacity building for aspiring entrepreneurs, community, and broader ecosystem engagements (e.g., convenings,establishingnetworks). The role requires a blend of strategic thinking, program managementexpertise, and an entrepreneurial mindset to engage various stakeholder groups effectively. Key Responsibilities 1. Program Strategy, Business Development & Execution Program Strategy & Business Development Support:Support the strategy and business development efforts for CCF’s initiatives byassistinginidentifyingfunding opportunities, developing proposals, conducting research, and supporting the creation of strategic partnerships to scale programs. Startup Acceleration Program Support:Support the planning, execution, coordination, and reporting of assigned startup acceleration programs, ensuring smooth delivery and effective participant engagement.
