Atlassian Systems Analyst

This is a remote position. Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Atlassian Systems Analyst to support the administration, configuration, integration, data migration, and ongoing optimization of Jira and related SaaS platforms. The successful candidate will work closely with business users, technical teams, vendors, and project stakeholders to analyze ambiguous requirements, identify dependencies and risks, configure system workflows, permissions, fields, automations, integrations, and user access, and ensure effective system performance. The role will involve mapping, cleansing, migrating, reconciling, and validating data between systems using tools such as Excel, Airtable, SQL, reporting platforms, and basic scripting. The candidate will also troubleshoot REST API and integration issues involving JSON and authentication, support testing and data validation, and maintain detailed technical and functional documentation. Experience using approved AI-enabled tools to accelerate documentation, data analysis, test-case development, troubleshooting, and workflow automation is preferred, with the ability to validate AI-generated outputs and follow applicable data-handling and governance requirements. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field is preferred, along with relevant experience in SaaS administration, systems support, integrations, or data migration.
