Back-End Developer

A full-time Backend Developer (Mid-level or higher) is sought to join the UNI Bot team, which specializes in intelligent automation tools for enterprise communication, education, customer support, and internal processes. The role requires 3+ years of backend development experience, with strong Python skills and hands-on use of FastAPI or similar frameworks, as well as solid Java proficiency. Responsibilities include designing scalable backend services, integrating message brokers like Kafka and RabbitMQ, managing asynchronous task queues, and implementing caching solutions with Redis. The candidate will deploy and monitor services using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms, ensuring secure file storage via S3, while maintaining robust test coverage through automated testing frameworks. Daily collaboration with frontend developers and DevOps engineers, participation in sprint planning, code reviews, and sync meetings is expected in a distributed team environment. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, API testing tools, and cloud storage solutions is required, along with clear communication skills to thrive in a remote, cross-functional setting.
