Client Delivery Manager Position Type: Full-Time, Remote Working Hours: U.S. Business Hours About the Role We’re looking for a Client Delivery Manager to own client relationships and delivery across a growing portfolio of engagements. The company helps middle-market businesses identify and implement high-impact AI opportunities, including workflow automation and analytics that improve operational efficiency and support business growth. You’ll serve as a trusted partner to executive stakeholders, manage client programs from planning through delivery, and work closely with internal technical teams to ensure projects deliver measurable business value. This role requires strong communication, sound business judgment, operational discipline, and the ability to anticipate challenges before they affect clients. What You’ll Own Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of ongoing clients. Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and other key stakeholders. Manage day-to-day communications, project updates, and difficult conversations, including project delays and technical issues. Maintain a professional, proactive, and client-focused approach.
