Cloud Operations Engineer

The Cloud Operations Engineer at Verint will support and maintain the production Cloud infrastructure that powers the company's CX Automation platform across its product portfolio. This role involves troubleshooting, provisioning, and upgrading cloud environments to ensure high availability and security for both internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include installing and configuring AWS, Azure, and GCP platforms, deploying infrastructure via CI/CD pipelines, and managing Windows and Linux EC2 instances. The engineer will collaborate with Support, Engineering, and Professional Services teams on client-facing projects and internal initiatives. Key duties also include creating and maintaining technical documentation in Confluence and JIRA, developing internal knowledge bases to reduce tribal knowledge, and participating in cross-team knowledge sharing. The position requires 24/7 operational coverage as part of a distributed global team and involves leading or supporting major infrastructure projects. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in cloud platforms, incident resolution, and infrastructure automation to support seamless scalability and reliability.
