COLE501: Program Instructors Mentoring program Advisor

We are a pro-bono volunteer network improving STEM access for underserved middle school girls in New Jersey. This volunteer role leads a mentoring program for program instructors, providing resume reviews, interview coaching, and career advice. You will train mentors, communicate regularly with instructors, serve as a brand ambassador, and support participants including Federal Work Study students. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree, two years of related experience, and experience leading teams or departments in a virtual environment. Preferred experience includes university outreach and using digital tools like Slack and Salesforce.
