Position Overview : We are seeking a self-driven Sales Representative who will not only sell our services but also develop and implement their own sales processes. This commission-only role is ideal for experienced sales professionals who thrive with independence and are comfortable managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement your own sales strategies and processes to effectively sell Millennial Assistants’ services. Identify, generate, and nurture leads independently – no leads or prospecting tools are provided. Present and promote our services to prospective clients, with a focus on sales automation, CRM setups, and business process optimizations. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their business needs and propose tailored solutions. Handle the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, with or without support from the CEO. Stay informed on industry trends, Zoho platform developments, and competitor activities to enhance your sales approach. Requirements : Proven success in sale
