Configuration Specialist

This is a remote position. Configuration Specialist We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Configuration Specialist to join our Technology team. In this role, you will ensure our software systems are correctly configured, maintained, and deployed to support both customer needs and business operations. You’ll collaborate closely with Engineering, QA, DevOps, Product, and Customer Support teams, playing a critical role in enabling high-quality software releases across both SaaS and embedded environments. What You'll Do Configuration & System Management Configure and maintain software applications and system settings Manage configuration baselines across development, testing, and production environments Ensure all changes are accurate, documented, and approved Release & Version Control Support software releases and deployment activities Maintain configuration records, versioning, and release documentation Partner with Engineering and QA to ensure consistency across builds Documentation & Standards Develop and maintain configuration documentation, SOPs, and runbooks Ensure alignment with internal standards, security requirements, and best practices Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with Software Engineering, QA, DevOps, Product, and Customer Support teams Support implementation teams with configuration troubleshooting Troubleshooting & Support Diagnose and resolve configuration-related issues across environments Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to improve tools, proces
