Controller

The Controller will lead Tilt's accounting operations and establish infrastructure for public company readiness. Reporting to the Head of Accounting, this full time role manages a team of accountants and provides hands on leadership. Key duties include overseeing US accounting, consolidation, and financial reporting under GAAP while building scalable processes for growth. The position requires redesigning accounting operations, implementing robust internal controls, and ensuring compliance with SEC and regulatory standards. The Controller will also drive automation initiatives, leveraging AI to shift focus from manual tasks to high judgment analysis. Serving as a financial liaison, they will coordinate with auditors, regulators, investors, and internal stakeholders. Required qualifications include a financial services background with 10+ years in accounting or finance, leadership experience, and proficiency with NetSuite.
