Work Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 9am-5:30pm, Pacific Time Zone. During Training for about 3 months: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, Pacific Time Zone. Job Responsibilities: Perform Pre-Accessioning Order Processing activities as directed by team lead including but not limited to: Patient creation Order creation Task creation for customer support teams (kit requests, missing information) Meet established SLAs and OKRs Post-accessioning Order Processing activities as directed by team lead including but not limited to: Data Entry of order information into Invitae systems Quality control of previously entered informatio
