Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced Life and Annuity Manager to lead complex initiatives throughout the life insurance and annuity sector. The employee must possess in-depth knowledge of life and annuity products and understand the Third-Party Administrator (TPA) ecosystem, including platforms like Policy Admin system, New Business, Underwriting rules, Post issue Workflow, Portals, document management systems, policy conversions, and operations. This position requires proven project management expertise to drive end-to-end delivery across cross-functional teams, vendors, and client stakeholders. The employee will manage scope, timelines, risks, and communications while aligning with client expectations and strategic business goals. Experience in TPA operating models, managing system integrations, platform upgrades, and implementing digital and AI-based initiatives will be a significant advantage.
