Engineering Project Manager

CodePath, a leading educator with over 40,000 students from 1,000+ universities and partnerships with Amazon, Google, and Anthropic, is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to join its expanding AI workforce initiative. You will work remotely from anywhere in the United States, Europe, Canada, or Latin America as a full-time team member reporting to the VP of Engineering. In this role, you will keep engineering projects organized and moving by tracking work, flagging blockers, and ensuring clarity on next steps across the development pipeline. You will own project testing and quality, using tools like AI to automate repetitive tasks and writing Capybara tests where appropriate. You will manage the bug pipeline by reproducing issues, prioritizing them, routing them to the right engineers, and confirming fixes once implemented. The position serves as the day-to-day connection between engineers, product teams, and internal users of CodePath's learning platform, which includes admissions, course delivery, grading, career coaching, and reporting systems. You will collaborate on when and how to introduce processes or rituals to support scaling efforts while building toward the next frontier of our work in AI education.
