Executive Coach

The company offers a 100% virtual leadership development platform that combines one-on-one coaching, group training, and tech-enabled solutions to help organizations scale leadership growth across all manager levels worldwide. They are building a pipeline of experienced Executive Coaches to guide professionals in enhancing their business skills and performance. This role involves conducting one-on-one coaching sessions, maintaining detailed client records, debriefing 360 surveys, and applying diverse coaching techniques to meet client objectives. Additional responsibilities include participating in coach community calls, pod meetings, and professional development activities. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (a Master's is preferred), have at least 10 years of business or people management experience, and be a graduate of an ICF-accredited Coach Training Program with active ICF credentials (ACC, PCC, or MCC). Required experience includes 2+ years of certified coaching, a proven track record of successful individual coaching, strong business acumen, and excellent interpersonal skills for building client trust. The position is not currently open for hiring but will contact qualified applicants when new coaching cohorts are launched based on company demand.
