This role focuses on ensuring website stability, performance, user experience, and long-term technical health. The developer will work directly with the clients internal team while being fully supported by OutsourcedIn . Key Responsibilities Website Development & Customisation Build, maintain, and enhance WordPress websites using custom themes and plugins. Develop responsive, mobile-friendly layouts aligned with the clients branding and design standards. Create new pages, templates, and functionalities based on business requirements. Full-Stack Technical Development Write clean, efficient code in PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and MySQL. Develop custom features, post types, integrations, and API connections. Optimise backend performance, caching strategies, and hosting configurations. Maintenance, Updates & Security Perform regular updates to plugins, themes, PHP versions, and WordPress core. Conduct routine security checks, vulnerability scans, and performance audits. Manage staging environments, backups, and safe deployment workflows.
