Fullstack Developer (Java & React)

The role is for a Senior Software Developer on a Digital Channels Development team. The team builds applications that enable bankers and clients to access digital channels. Candidates will design, implement, and maintain software solutions. Work involves Java 8 and higher, React, Node.js, and service integration using JSON, REST, or SOAP. Technical analysis and impact evaluation on architecture are key responsibilities. Developers will collaborate with Solution Designers, Technical Analysts, Quality Engineers, and Backend teams. They will participate in iterative releases using JIRA, Git, Jenkins, and DevOps practices. Deliverables include both waterfall and agile projects. Code reviews and documentation maintenance are required. Support includes troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization using tools like Dynatrace or JMeter. Optional experience includes Splunk, DevOps, and performance tuning. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential. The position requires an open-minded, structured, and results-driven approach in a multicultural environment. Accountability and ownership are critical for problem-solving. Experience with international projects is valued. Work is conducted in B2B collaboration mode. Remote work is permitted without geographic restrictions.
