Java Development - Senior Consultant | Remote

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Senior Java Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable applications. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Java development and experience in Azure Cloud environments, with the ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship to a small team. Exposure to AI-driven solutions is highly valued. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance Java applications and enhance microservices architectures using Spring Boot. You will integrate AI and Generative AI capabilities such as chatbots and recommendation engines into applications. You will deploy and manage applications within Azure Cloud environments and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. You will participate in code reviews, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and troubleshoot and optimize applications. Key requirements include a Bachelor's degree, five years of Java experience, proficiency in Spring Boot, microservices, Azure, and RESTful APIs, and experience mentoring a small team. Preferred qualifications include experience with Generative AI, AI frameworks, containerization, CI/CD tools, and Agile environments.
