Junior Developer (IC)

We are seeking a motivated Junior Software Developer to support multiple client engagements within the Insurance domain. This entry-level role is ideal for recent college graduates eager to launch a career in application development and production support. Key responsibilities include participating in Agile Scrum meetings, assisting with diagnosing and resolving application issues, supporting incident reviews, and helping with sprint and release deliveries. The role involves close collaboration with onshore and offshore teams, providing technical production support, and assisting with application upgrades and releases. You will also help automate processes, improve workflows, and ensure compliance with development standards. The position reports to a Senior Assistant Vice President and offers hands-on exposure to enterprise systems, Agile methodologies, and insurance platforms. A mandatory two-week on-site Training Workshop will be held at the Indianapolis office, requiring attendance during that period. While the role is fully remote, the initial training requires on-site presence in Indianapolis. Qualifications include strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a passion for technology and problem solving. You will work with both functional business teams and technical partners to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
