Lead Cloud Engineer - Infrastructure - Remote/WAH

TASQ is seeking a Lead Cloud Engineer for infrastructure who can work remotely on a 5pm-1am schedule. The role is focused on client engagements and requires deep technical deliverable leadership. The engineer will lead architectural design sessions with clients and must be based in the Philippines. Key platforms include Azure Site Recovery, Azure Backup, Azure Security, Azure Virtual Desktop, Log Analytics (KQL), Application Insights, Terraform, Bicep, and Azure DevOps. Required scripting skills are in Bash, PowerShell, and Python across Linux, Unix, and Windows environments. Technical oversight is expected across storage, networking, DNS, SQL, and automation solutions. The role serves as a player-coach, coaching senior and junior engineers in infrastructure delivery methods. Collaboration spans delivery excellence, solution architecture, and client-facing teams to align milestones and capture decisions. Performance directly supports billable targets by resolving project blockers and enabling seamless infrastructure execution. This position provides a clear career path from Senior Cloud Engineer to Lead Engineer within client project frameworks.
