The Learning Experience Designer shapes how employees learn across technical, leadership, and operational skills using eLearning, microlearning, instructor-led sessions, and on-site training. They apply adult learning principles in collaboration with subject matter experts to identify skill gaps and build effective solutions. This position manages content projects from concept to delivery while continuously refining design standards and leveraging a Learning Management System for optimal impact. Assessments drive iterative improvements to ensure content remains relevant and engaging for diverse role types across RPM's nationwide properties.
