Litigation Data Analyst

The role involves extracting, transforming, and loading data to hosted platforms using custom plugins or flat files. The analyst will support customers via phone, email, and screen-share sessions, create database permissions, and manage access for end‑users. Occasional collaboration with external departments such as Engineering, Application, IT, and Project Management is required. Additional duties include handling client inquiries about printing, search results, and technical issues, and following internal service‑level agreements. The position requires a bachelor's degree or at least three years of professional experience. Candidates must have strong knowledge of e‑discovery tools, especially Relativity, and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential. A high technical aptitude and rapid learning ability are expected, as is excellent written and verbal communication.
