We design and operate customer-facing platforms enabling customers to configure and control their cloud assets. This team owns the IAM tool sets for Akamai's customers using the Cloud Manager website. We ensure customers have what they need to configure users for quality, safety, and performance. Partner with the best You will join a global team and lead a team of engineers responsible for delivering high-quality IAM features and tools. You'll balance technical oversight with people management, coaching engineers, clarifying requirements, driving execution, and ensuring alignment with product and SRE partners. While you will bring engineering expertise, your role will focus on leadership, mentorship, and technical direction over hands-on development.
