Manager, Launch Excellence

The role is titled Manager, Launch Excellence. The employer is ConnectiveRx. The position is responsible for designing customized and scalable solutions for program launches and transitions. Key duties include leading the creation of Program Design Documents, developing business requirements, building patient and provider journey diagrams, and conducting gap analyses. The manager partners with external and internal stakeholders to gather and define business objectives that guide development across operations, analytics, and outcomes measurement. They facilitate cross-functional reviews of process flows, training materials, and IT documentation, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and customer objectives. Collaboration with Product Management ensures solutions fit ConnectiveRx capabilities, while close work with Operations confirms service quality and delivery. The incumbent also assists the Director of Launch Excellence with strategic roadmap development and risk mitigation.
