Oracle Cloud ERP Project Manager

A Project Manager in the Oracle consulting unit leads the end‑to‑end implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP systems, ensuring projects finish on time, within scope, and on budget. Key duties include creating and executing project plans, staffing, risk and issue management, and driving project completion. The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders, senior management, and cross‑functional teams to maintain clear communication and high‑quality deliverables. Budget oversight is performed via a Project Budget Tracker/Burn Sheet to prevent overspend. Team leadership involves assembling project groups, assigning tasks, and fostering collaboration. Required education is a bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, computer science, information systems, or a related field; an MBA or relevant master’s is preferred. Candidates must have 5‑10 years of project management experience, including at least 3 years managing Oracle Cloud ERP implementations. A solid understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP modules such as Financials, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management is essential.
