Order Analyst

Akamai is seeking an Order Analyst to provide high-value customer support within its Order Management function. The role partners closely with Sales, Legal, Deal Desk, Product Managers, and Billing teams to ensure all customer orders are accurate, compliant, and complete. Key responsibilities include reviewing and approving all contractual paperwork, advising on optimal contract structures, and creating documentation that Sales Representatives can use. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional groups to secure approvals for both standard and non-standard deals. Daily duties involve auditing sales orders to guarantee completeness, adherence to policies, and alignment with Akamai's product portfolio, pricing, and features. Candidates must possess exceptional attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a solid understanding of Quote-to-Cash and Order Management processes. Advanced analytical abilities and a continuous-learning mindset are essential to solve complex problems and streamline workflows. Effective time management across multiple priorities and experience collaborating with diverse global teams are required. Familiarity with Salesforce and Siebel systems, along with relevant education or professional experience, is preferred. This position offers exposure to various finance functions in a fast-paced environment focused on customer success.
