Portfolio Reporting & Analytics Analyst - EPMO

The Portfolio Reporting & Analytics Analyst – EPMO joins the Enterprise Project Management Office to help drive data‑driven decisions across the organization. The role focuses on creating and maintaining portfolio dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support executive communication and strategic planning. Key responsibilities include building Power BI dashboards, managing Smartsheet reports, defining KPI frameworks, and ensuring data integrity across finance, project, and program teams. The analyst partners with business stakeholders, program leadership, and IT to gather requirements, reconcile data sources, and deliver regular updates for weekly, monthly, and annual business reviews. A major part of the job involves translating complex project data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership. The position also administers reporting standards and ensures consistent use of performance metrics organization‑wide.
