Procurement Analyst

The Procurement Analyst at Avantor Fluid Handling, LLC and Masterflex, LLC oversees inventory forecasting for finished goods and creates replenishment plans aligned with established stocking strategies. This role executes purchase orders to fulfill the replenishment plan and adapt to customer demand fluctuations, ensuring high service levels. The analyst cultivates vendor relationships to secure reliable delivery and optimize cost efficiency across procurement and logistics functions. Key responsibilities include placing and confirming purchase orders within SAP, managing expedited shipments, and maintaining a strategic inventory position to meet customer requirements. The position requires processing a wide range of SKUs while balancing financial impacts of pricing and inventory levels. A bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field, combined with one to three years of supply chain experience, is mandatory. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in SAP, strong analytical abilities, and experience with ERP systems for planning and procurement functions. Essential skills include advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel, along with exceptional time management, problem-solving, and communication capabilities.
