Project Manager

Dynamis, Inc. is seeking a Contract Project Manager (PM) to serve as the single point of accountability for delivery of all HSIN Program and Stakeholder Engagement support services. The PM manages the full contract team, oversees scope, schedule, and cost, performs quality assurance across all deliverables, and serves as the primary interface with the Government. The PM ensures the program strengthens HSIN as a trusted, widely adopted information-sharing hub for the FSLTTIP (Federal, State, Local, Tribal, Territorial, International, and Private Sector) community. Responsibilities: Manage and provide oversight of the entire contract, performing quality assurance across all team efforts and deliverables. Develop and maintain staff onboarding materials using government-provided resources and guidelines. Serve as the primary interface with the Government; attend weekly performance meetings and formulate/deliver action plans to resolve issues or initiatives. Prepare and deliver quarterly PMR presentations; ensure all deliverables (PMP, Milestone Roadmap, Staffing Plan, Knowledge Plan, Quarterly Activity Status Reports, RAMR, Transition-In and Transition-Out Plans, and others) are provided on time. Define roles, responsibilities, schedules, and risk-mitigation strategies; manage integrated project schedules using government-defined tools. Maintain product milestone schedules and support meeting management, scheduling, preparation, and documentation (e.g., IPTs); participate in daily standups and weekly status meetings.
