QA Program Manager

As a Data Quality Program Manager at Datavant, you will lead data-driven process improvements across the Quality Program to enhance data trust, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. You will partner with the BI team to design and maintain interactive dashboards that track key performance indicators, quality trends, and departmental performance, while preparing executive presentations for leadership and cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include publishing quality updates on internal communications platforms, tracking cost savings, analyzing root causes of recurring errors, and recommending corrective actions. You will develop data-informed policies to ensure quality documentation reflects current practices and support the Quality Roadmap as a project liaison, participating in document standardization meetings to reduce process variation. This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and reduce rework, directly supporting Datavant’s mission to deliver secure, reliable, high‑quality data exchange that powers healthcare decisions.
