Fail quickly while experimenting and trying things that solve important problems in a creative way. Serve & Lead team members and peers by helping to ensure we always do things that are better. We are seeking constant improvement. Have experience developing robust, scalable, maintainable distributed applications. About you: Listen intently and ask good questions, by truly hearing what people are saying and respecting their thoughts, ideas and concerns. Comfortable following standard operating procedures, consistently communicating and improving upon those procedures. Solve technical challenges in a creative manner, always putting the user first, not being afraid to experiment, test and troubleshoot. Learn new software and /or features in an efficient and effective manner. Ability to document and explain how to follow steps and processes to accomplish goals or solve problems.
