Scrum Master (Information Technology/Software/Remote)

Our client, a leading ICT company with offices in Athens, Brussels, and other global locations, is seeking a Scrum Master for a B2B remote contract within the EU. The role involves embedding with a client IT team to support Agile delivery. Candidates must hold a university degree and have at least eight years of IT experience, including three years as a Scrum Master at SM2 level or above. Essential duties include leading two production teams through full sprint cycles, applying data-driven improvements, and facilitating Scrum Of Scrums and PI Planning events. Required skills include deep knowledge of Scrum fundamentals, facilitation techniques, team motivation, and Agile metrics like velocity and cycle time. Proficiency in Azure DevOps or Jira is required for backlog and workflow management. Certifications must include PSM II or higher and SAFe 5/6 Agilist, with experience in scaled frameworks like SAFe or LeSS preferred. Excellent English proficiency is mandatory. The position emphasizes stakeholder engagement, system-thinking, and creating dashboards to enhance team performance and forecasting.
