Senior Generative AI Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Generative AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy production-grade Generative and Agentic AI applications that add tangible business value across the organization. The position requires ownership of features from technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and operation, ensuring high-quality, reusable code. Responsibilities include building scalable systems that integrate with cloud-based AI services, creating reusable components such as retrieval-augmented generation blocks and agent scaffolding, and developing multi-agent frameworks using tools like LangChain, LangGraph, Claude Agent SDK, and Google ADK. The role demands integration with major LLM providers, including Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, and AWS Bedrock, along with designing reliable RESTful and gRPC APIs focused on performance and security. Collaborative work with product, design, and engineering teams is essential, as is active participation in code reviews and technical discussions. Required experience includes 5-7 years in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML product development, and proficiency in Python and system design. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is necessary, with a Master's preferred. Experience building and deploying AI applications, including LLM integration and agentic workflows, is a key qualification. The role emphasizes deploying and operating services on cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, and Azure using managed services. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in building robust, secure, and scalable AI systems that support broader organizational objectives through innovative Generative AI solutions.
