Senior Software Engineer

At Edifecs/Cotiviti, the engineering team is building a multi-tenant SaaS platform that transforms the healthcare space. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement the payer and provider solutions using Java-based systems on the AWS cloud. You will regularly collaborate with product management and innovation teams to clarify business needs and with site reliability engineers to improve infrastructure, security, and deployment pipelines. You will work within an agile environment, delivering features on schedule through design, coding, review, testing, and automation. Your work must be scalable, of exemplary quality, and documented with diagrams, charts, and clear documentation to support operational feasibility. You will communicate across departments to resolve operational issues and demonstrate proactive autonomy with minimal supervision. Qualifications require five or more years of software engineering experience with strong proficiency in Java, Spring, Spring-Boot, and Spring-Cloud. You must have experience building highly available microservices, designing databases, and developing RESTful APIs. Experience with AWS, Angular, HTML5, CSS, and Git is essential, as is the ability to translate business requirements into robust software solutions and support live production applications.
