About the role: The Senior Program Manager (SPM) is responsible for the management, implementation and strategy for a New Product Introduction, Transfer, Cost Reduction, Integrations, Insourcing, and Strategic Corporate Programs across all Viant Medical functional groups. The SPM will support, coach and mentor core sub-team members and functional leaders through issues associated with implementing new projects, customers and products. The SPM will follow and create processes for communicating and tracking all activities, commitments and metrics associated with a given project or program and will provide critical influence in ensuring that projects and products are implemented that meet Viant Medical’s cost, yield, quality supply chain and product release/support goals.
