Technical Program Coordinator

The role of Technical Program Coordinator involves managing program-level administrative tasks such as team communications, scheduling, issue escalations, and status reporting. The coordinator will work daily with technology leadership, business analysts, developers, and quality assurance personnel to ensure our development teams operate at peak efficiency. They will draft and edit communications, documents, and reports, and plan and facilitate meetings and strategy sessions. Additional duties include conducting research and supporting data-oriented tasks using Excel and other tools, as well as handling other related tasks as assigned. Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Microsoft 365 Suite, and Agile methodology is required. Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities are essential, and the position offers full remote flexibility with hybrid options at offices in Pittston, San Antonio, or Omaha. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
