Technical Program Manager – Compute Systems Engineering

Nebius is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join its Compute Systems Engineering team, which designs and operates the full-stack AI cloud platform that powers large-scale GPU clusters. The role involves leading program initiatives across hardware integration, Linux kernel customization, KVM/QEMU virtualization, firmware, and high‑bandwidth networking to support NVIDIA GB300 and VR200 systems. Responsibilities include adapting the systems stack to new hardware, improving performance, building deployment automation, ensuring observability, and assisting customers with complex technical issues. The position requires coordination with multiple R&D hubs, driving reliability and scalability of Nebius Cloud services, and managing cross‑functional deliverables. Experience with large‑scale HPC hardware bring‑ups and a strong technical background are essential.
