The Technical Program Manager will oversee the operational readiness and ongoing health of Nebius data center sites, both carrier and purpose-built facilities. This individual will ensure compliance with SLAs, manage maintenance schedules, and coordinate audits to maintain power, cooling, connectivity, and security standards. They will serve as the liaison between Nebius and landlords or colocation providers, enforce contractual obligations, and work closely with IT teams to translate site operations into reliable infrastructure. Responsibilities include monitoring key metrics, preparing for audits, planning preventive and corrective maintenance windows, and escalating risks before incidents occur. The role is critical to maintaining infrastructure reliability for Nebius's global AI cloud platform, supporting developers and enterprises at scale.
