Training Manager

The role is a Training Manager position that can be performed remotely from anywhere in the Philippines, using a company-provided laptop. The schedule is a night shift, typically Monday through Friday from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. Manila time. The ideal candidate must be an experienced specialist with deep knowledge in a specific discipline and a solid grasp of related fields, and will often lead the creation of new solutions for complex projects. The manager will coach, mentor, and train others, serve as the final decision‑maker in their area of expertise, and oversee the development and implementation of short‑ to medium‑term business activities or sub‑function strategies. In this capacity, the individual ensures that appropriate policies, processes, and standards are created and applied to support tactical direction. They lead a team of specialists that may span multiple hierarchical levels, holding full responsibility for the employee lifecycle. Key duties include providing discipline‑specific professional and process/tool training, such as finance training on external accounting standards and internal systems, as well as competency training like influence and negotiation for sales staff. The role also covers non‑technical training on workplace standards, tools, communication skills, time management, basic spreadsheet/document creation, and leadership development. The manager may design training curricula, select or oversee vendors for training content, and drive overall talent development. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while requiring availability during the designated night shift.
