US Attorney

We are seeking an experienced US Attorney to support U.S.-based legal work on a fully remote basis. The attorney will advise clients on professional, occupational, and business licensing matters under U.S. law, including regulatory compliance and disciplinary defense before licensing boards. Key responsibilities include drafting licensing and renewal applications, representing clients in admin hearings, monitoring changes in licensing law, and coordinating with U.S. agencies and counsel. The role may involve practice areas such as professional licensing for medical, legal, nursing, engineering, and accounting professionals, as well as contractor and construction licensing. Candidates must hold a JD, be licensed in the Philippines, and be licensed in at least one U.S. jurisdiction or have strong demonstrated experience with U.S. law. They must also be in good standing with all applicable bar associations and have at least two years of experience in licensing, regulatory, or administrative law. Preferred qualifications include experience supporting U.S. law firms or U.S.-based clients remotely, familiarity with U.S. licensing boards and administrative hearings, and strong attention to detail and deadline management.
