Virtual Construction Manager

The role is for a Virtual Construction Manager to oversee construction projects remotely on behalf of a client. The position involves full project lifecycle management from start to finish, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery. Key duties include coordinating with on-site teams, contractors, and stakeholders through remote communication, developing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitoring progress to identify and mitigate risks. The manager will collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to meet design and technical requirements. Essential digital tools such as project management software, BIM (Building Information Modeling), and virtual reality will be used to improve coordination and project delivery. Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field and have at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a virtual construction environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, leadership ability, and a proven track record of solving complex project issues are required. Candidates must also hold a recognized certification such as CCM or CPCM. This is a contract role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with an initial term of 3 to 6 months, with potential for extension.
